 75 Hard Challenge

The 75 Hard Challenge was created in 2019. 75 is not a fitness challenge, but a "transformative mental toughness program.

Rules of the 75 Hard Program For 75 consecutive days, 75 Hard participants must do the following every day!

- Follow a diet, while it can be a diet of your choosing, the diet must be a structured eating plan with the goal of physical improvement.
- Complete two 45- minute workouts
- Take a progress picture -Drink a gallon of water
-Read 10 pages of a book

No alterations to the program, if you miss one day of daily goals, your progress resets to day one.

 21 Day Squat and Core Stabilization Challenge!

Squats are one of the best compound exercises to strengthen your lower body and build strong, lean muscle tone in your glutes, thighs and core. Core stabilization exercises help stabilize your stomach muscles and give balance to your body.

-Crunches

-two leg floor bridge
-floor prone cobra
-prone iso- abs(plank)

all exercises that help with the body's stabilization process during exercise. In this challenge the goal is to complete
 
Beginner
1,000 core stabilization exercises a week 

500 squats a week

 5,000  core stabilization exercises a week
 1,000   squats a week
